Job Summary: Drive operational excellence in IC testing lines.

About the Role:

  • Achieve daily production output with quality through team collaboration and coordination.
  • Lead and drive manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, and quality targets to ensure company success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for production support and yield optimization while meeting quality goals.
  • Resolve production line problems using problem-solving tools (7 QC tools, SPC, PFMEA, etc.)
  • Optimize production line processes to achieve production goals with quality and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of new product introductions to production.
  • Effectively manage and deploy manpower in shifts.
  • Implement industry best practices, Kaizens, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
  • Responsible for production planning, test operations, and Final test on ATE's with Test Handlers and Probers.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team.
  • Manage work-in-progress, capacity planning, cycle time, training, and cost control effectively.
  • Dive into process improvements, utilization, and productivity enhancements.
  • Ensure all wafer tests and final tests are delivered within expected schedules, quality, and cycle time.
  • Maintain yield and OEE of all test equipment by working with equipment teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Ability to work in shifts and cleanroom environments.
  • Familiarity with specialized equipment and platforms advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills required.
