Empowering Rural Women through Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a purpose-driven professional to join our team and support the development of CSR proposals that uplift women in underserved communities.

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to design and scale programs that drive corporate social responsibility and sustainable impact. You will work directly with our leadership team to shape initiatives that align business goals with community needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design CSR Proposals Focused on Rural Women:
    • Research and draft proposals that align corporate social responsibility goals with rural women-centric programs (e.g., skilling, entrepreneurship, health, education).
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.
  • Outreach to CSR Funders & Partners:
    • Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
    • Present tailored proposals and maintain follow-ups to build long-term partnerships.
  • Liaison with NGOs & CSR Teams:
    • Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
    • Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.
