Lead Creative Strategist

As a Lead Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and effective campaigns that drive real results. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take your career to the next level.

  • Developing highly impactful visual content including videos and static ad creatives.
  • Designing and building sophisticated funnels in Webflow for our clients.
  • Managing client visual identity projects for off-plan properties.
  • Composing and sending nurture email sequences in Brevo (or similar) and tracking analytics.
  • Strategizing organic growth across various social media platforms.
  • Learning copywriting, researching, and writing long- and short-form content.
  • Editing high-quality, engaging videos.
  • Creating and launching e-books and other lead magnet resources.
  • Collaborating with SEO partners, optimizing landing pages for maximum traffic, and setting up pixels and heat maps.
  • Documenting efforts in our in-house Marketing Dashboard.

This role requires someone who is not only creatively talented but also strategic and curious about how creativity meets marketing principles. You will have the opportunity to work with real estate developers on complete marketing packages for their off-plan properties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing engaging video and static ad creatives.
  • Building funnels in Webflow for TRU and its clients.
  • Managing client visual identity projects for off-plan properties.
  • Composing nurture email sequences in Brevo (or similar) and tracking analytics.
  • Managing and strategizing organic growth across Instagram, Facebook, and Behance.
  • Learning copywriting, researching, and writing long- and short-form content.
  • Editing high-quality, engaging long- and short-form videos.
  • Creating and launching e-books and other lead magnet resources for clients.
  • Coordinating with SEO partners, tracking search console and optimizing landing pages for maximum traffic.
  • Setting up pixels, heat maps, and running data-driven CRO experiments using Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar.
  • Documenting every effort in our in-house Marketing Dashboard.
