Key Responsibilities:- Lead electrical system and power electronics design activities to ensure compliance with certification standards and requirements.
- Define architecture, system, and component-level requirements to meet performance and reliability expectations.
- Perform analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling, etc.) on new architectures/products to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct designs/documents/test-plan reviews to guarantee quality and consistency throughout the development process.
- Establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes and common tools identification to streamline product development.
- Expertise in power supply design, power converters, analog, and digital control systems.
- Familiarity with MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, and other related components.
- Experience in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing, and validation.
- Proficiency in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM, and PCB Design tools like Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
- Knowledge of solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.
- Experience in component level & system level certification and standards.
- Background in Aerospace/Automotive domains.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Power Electronics/Equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
