Solution Architect Role

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with 5-8 years of experience in leading software development teams. A strong foundation in Python and Java is essential, along with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying robust software systems.

Familiarity with machine learning and generative AI is highly desirable, enabling contributions to AI-driven features.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Hands-on experience with databases like Solr for search and indexing, as well as Delta (Delta Lake) for data lake management, is necessary. Proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets is also crucial.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring team members, driving software development projects, and integrating AI models into applications.

  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice-to-have skills include experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
