This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, primarily centered around providing engineering leadership to various projects.

">Job Description

As an Engineer, you will be tasked with managing the execution of technical aspects related to DCS/Safety Systems, PLC/RTU HW engineering, and software development.

  • The scope of projects to be handled will involve Supply of DCS/Safety system, FAT, site commissioning, and SAT. This also includes interface with external stakeholders like end users, customers, vendors, consultants, and 3 rd party Inspection.
  • Approximately 50% travel is expected for this role, with potential variations based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to teams working on ICSS, Energy, and Digital Engineering projects.
  • Contribute to PA India Delivery (Engineering, Financial, Commercial, Quality etc.,)
  • Support training and development, performance management for the team.
  • Lead Projects and Engineering Management to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with SCM, Services for executing projects.
  • Coordinate with Global Engineering Management (GEM) to ensure implementation of best practices in Engineering, EVE based Engineering, and remote FAT.
  • Define and support the team to achieve their performance and development goals aligning business growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentations and Control, Electronics and communication, Electronics and Electrical.
  • Minimum of 7 Years of relevant experience.
  • Good analytical skills to understand customer inputs and Engineering Drawings.
  • FAT, Commissioning and SAT Experience is mandatory.
  • Proficiency on Foxboro DCS, Triconex Safety System, M580/Quantum/ M340 PLC System.
  • Hands on knowledge to work on Foxboro Control Software, Control HMI, IACC, FoxDraw/FoxView, Wonderware System Platform/InTouch preferred.
