Job Opportunity: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests by preparing and serving drinks according to specified recipes.

  • Prepare drink orders for guests using measuring systems and issue open and serve wine, champagne, and bottles.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
  • Transport supplies to the bar set-up area and wash soiled glassware.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Anticipating and communicating replenishment needs.
  • Processing all payment methods and counting bank at end of shift.
  • Completing designated cashier reports, resolving any discrepancies, dropping off receipts, and securing bank.
  • Securing liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a safe and secure work environment by following company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager and completing safety training and certifications.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
