Job Title: Process Automation Expert

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Experience: 6+ years

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Expert with experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH installation qualification, upgrade, development, and configuration.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, managing re-work while testing, and validation activities.
  • Responsibilities will include designing various recipe processes, simulating, and testing, as well as supporting the definition of integration of various hardware and software components.
  • The Process Automation Expert will work on automation, SCADA, historian, MES & related software projects throughout the complete project delivery lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret various recipe processes to conceptualize electronic recipe design, plan logical and operational workflow, define data input and output, parameters, and analyze customization functions and conceptualize design and development are required.
  • Prior experience with Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules such as User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense, PI Assembly is necessary.

Key qualifications for this role include proficiency in Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building, and reporting template design, as well as experience in system upgradation, patching, hardware support, security, and system access.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant industry experience, is required for this position.
