About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Unreal Game Programmer to drive the development of gameplay and mechanics for our project. You will play a key role in defining the technical vision, collaborating closely with designers and artists to bring our game to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gameplay mechanics, and technical specifications.
  • Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine, ensuring they align with the project's vision and objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Unreal Engine and game development practices.

You must have strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Game Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of its core systems, Blueprints, and C++ programming.

Preferred candidates have shipped at least one title on PC, console, or mobile platforms using Unreal Engine, with active involvement in the project for more than 6 months.
