High-Performance Software Developer

A forward-thinking software developer responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting high-quality software applications.

The ideal candidate will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: documentation, development, testing, debugging, and support. They will lead the design and development of robust, high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies.   • Develop and manage scalable front-end architecture with a focus on performance and maintainability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment using cloud-based tools.
  • Deploy and manage applications in the cloud, leveraging services such as containerization and serverless computing.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices in software development.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve development workflows and performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on modern front-end technologies.
  • Proven experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using cloud-based tools.
  • Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end architecture.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data workflows.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and web security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality features under tight deadlines.
