Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of the CFO Office, this role plays a vital part in driving cross-functional initiatives and financial transformation projects.

This position supports the CFO in aligning finance priorities with business goals while overseeing the execution of critical programs, reviews, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead strategic projects and initiatives from the CFO's office, focusing on financial digitization and automation.
  • Manage governance calendars, ensure timely tracking of critical deliverables across finance verticals (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, AR/AP, Compliance).
  • Foster strong relationships between the CFO and cross-functional teams, including Projects, Procurement, HR, Legal, and Business Heads.
  • Develop and monitor business performance dashboards, highlighting exceptions in financial KPIs, risk areas, and compliance gaps.
  • Prepare executive presentations, MIS packs, and board decks to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of finance SOPs, risk registers, and program management trackers across all functions.
  • Track monthly cash flow, profitability improvement plans, and key business metrics with relevant owners.
  • Support fundraising, investor reporting, board updates, and data room management for due diligence cycles.
  • Monitor implementation of internal audit findings, cost optimization initiatives, and working capital improvement plans.
  • Facilitate periodic cross-functional review meetings, ensuring documentation of action items and follow-ups.
Preferred Background

A CA or MBA Finance professional with 1–3 years of experience in finance program management, CFO office, or strategic initiatives roles is ideal. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in ERP, dashboards, and cross-functional governance, are essential.
