Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Power BI UI/UX Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, data visualization best practices, and Power BI customization. They will be able to craft visually compelling and user-centric BI experiences that engage and delight end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.
  • Customize visuals, themes, layouts, and interactions in Power BI to create impactful user experiences.
  • Optimize dashboard performance while maintaining high design quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  • A solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives.
