SAP PP/PP-PI/QM Consultant Job Posting

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and configuring SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing solutions, as well as integrating logistics components such as MM, QM, SD, PM, and FICO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing Master data and configuration
  • Experience in global deployments of SAP through understanding of procedures around different best practices
  • Strong process knowledge in Production Planning (MRP), Make to Stock, Make to Order, Configure to Order, Repetitive, Kanban, Batch management processes
  • PP integration experience with logistics components (MM/QM/SD/PM) needed
  • Knowledge and experience on S/4 HANA Manufacturing E2E processes
  • Experience in Industry Manufacturing solutions like PEO, ETO, Advanced Variant Configuration, ePPDS planning & scheduling topics for industries
  • Expertise in MES integrations (like Digital Manufacturing Cloud, Manufacturing Execution systems) with S/4 HANA
  • Should be able to clearly demonstrate knowledge and work on various Discrete industry Manufacturing IS-Solutions
  • Business & Mapping flow experience for E2E Discrete & Process industry manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge on LoB topics in Supply Chain - IBP, EAM, and PLM integrations to S/4 HANA Manufacturing
Additional Requirements:
  • QM Master data and configuration experience
  • Experience in global deployments of SAP through understanding of procedures around different best practices
  • Strong process knowledge in Quality management, work experience in handling quality inspection process
  • Experience in setting up master data Inspection methods, Quality Agreements, QIR, MICs and inspection plans
  • QM integration experience with logistics components (MM/PP/SD/PM) needed
  • QM workflow knowledge Sample management, Quality certificates, Quality notifications and Quality control required
  • Continuous process improvement hands-on experience on Audit management, Stability study, FMEA and control plans is preferred

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing and QM modules, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
