Lead UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer to take on a challenging role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to comprehend their business goals and develop user-centric solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Conduct thorough research and create detailed user personas, journeys, and information architecture to inform product design decisions.
  • Present research findings and design recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop high-fidelity wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize user experiences and ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Guide development teams in implementing designed user journeys and craft high-quality user interfaces.
  • Craft high-quality user interfaces that meet client approval standards and ensure design consistency throughout the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Confident, organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick learner, and driven to excel.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Familiarity with human interface guidelines and app development processes.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and help clients innovate and grow.
  • Proficiency in Figma and design thinking principles.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodology is a plus.
