About the Position

We are looking for a Senior/Lead UX Designer to craft industry-leading designs and user experiences.

As a UX designer, you will help customers get value from the designs they have created by connecting our services so that customers can seamlessly transition between the design and fulfillment experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the user experience of the design to life flow from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods to create compelling designs.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process—from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration—creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes along the way to bring ideas to life.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction, and new concept validation.
  • Presentation concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions to complex customer and business problems.
