We're seeking a talented Product Designer to help shape the future of our platform.

This is a core, high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, iteration, and mission-driven design.

You'll lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys.

  • Simplify flows for all platforms.
  • Translate AI features into usable interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
  • Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators).
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing.
  • Champion performance, accessibility, and trust in every pixel.
Experience and Skills

Requirements include 6–10 years in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS.

  • Shipped both B2C products (consumer apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems).
  • Experience designing complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech tools.
  • Expert in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC.
  • Motion/interaction prototyping (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Hotjar, or UX tools.

Our ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and system thinking.

They also possess empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users.

Passion for design's role in shaping secure digital futures is a must.

Excellent collaboration and communication in remote environments are essential.

A degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar is required.

Portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies is necessary.
