Senior Analyst Role :

 

At InstaTalent Recruit LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating and managing Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions that transform data into actionable insights.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications to drive BI solution development

 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy BI solutions that address complex business problems

 

• Leverage Power BI to maintain and support data analytics platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance

 

• Develop and execute database queries, conduct analyses, and create visualizations to deliver high-quality reports

 

• Enhance existing BI systems, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements

 

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness

 

• Identify opportunities for BI performance tuning and consumption pattern improvement

 

Requirements :

 

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, with a strong background in DAX, RLS implementation, performance tuning, and security

 

• Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and exposure to ETL tools, DBMS, and OLAP

 

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders across the organization

 

• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure, is a plus
