The ideal candidate will lead and enhance our BI Connector Customer Solutions practice by designing and implementing analytics and reporting solutions that align with business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Solution Design and Architecture: Design end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions for Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM modules. Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices, compliance standards, and organizational objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting Development: Build custom reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, BI Connector, and Power BI. Develop and maintain data models and OTBI reports for real-time and historical analysis.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders from our customers to understand analytics requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • System Integration and Data Management: Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion with Power BI using BI Connector for reporting and analytics purposes. Manage data governance, security, and integrity for analytics and reporting solutions.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Functional architect role for either Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM implementation with a focus on analytics and reporting.
  • Expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL.
