Supply Chain Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with IBM Sterling Order Management (Sterling 9.1) experience to implement, customize, develop, and support IBM Sterling solutions for our clients.

As an expert in supply chain logistics, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of IBM Sterling Order Management and Java-based solutions for clients, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

  • Lead the implementation and customization of IBM Sterling solutions for clients, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and customizations.
  • Configure and customize IBM Sterling Order Management and Java-based custom applications software to meet specific client needs, including menu layouts, pricing, promotions, and integrations with other systems.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of IBM Sterling solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM Sterling software, providing timely and effective support to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (Sterling 9.1).
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Fulfilment Solutions in design, configuration, product extensions, and integrations with external systems using synchronous SOAP web services and asynchronous JMS Queues.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and building Web Services.
  • Experience building Stored Procedures and SQL functions.
