About the Role

Lilo is a revolutionary platform automating procurement for commercial real estate businesses.

We are seeking a talented developer with a passion for technology and problem-solving to join our team as a Backend/Full-stack engineer.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working with cutting-edge technologies, collaborating in a fast-paced environment, and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Design and implement efficient backend architecture ensuring effective data management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in Docker.
  • Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Proactive, accountable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Availability to work in the US East Coast time zone.
