Automation Quality Assurance Engineer/Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Quality Assurance Engineer/Business Analyst to join our team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive automation testing strategies
  • Mentor and train junior professionals in quality assurance and business analysis practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Analyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights for process improvements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks
  • Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium and other relevant tools
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing into the software development life cycle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automation testing and quality assurance engineering
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
