Job Description:

The 3D Modelling Designer is responsible for creating detailed models of aluminium and glass systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate 3D façade models.
  • Interpret architectural drawings to build precise components.
  • Assist in preparing exploded views, conceptual visuals, and component-level visuals.
  • Collaborate with the Design Engineer and Visualizer to incorporate feedback and revisions.
  • Maintain organized model files and version tracking.
  • Support presentations through updated models.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SketchUp 3D modelling.
  • Strong understanding of construction elements like curtain walls and glass fittings.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Eye for detail and proportion in visual output.
  • Good communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Interior Design.
  • Certification in SketchUp is an added advantage.
