Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for our healthcare organization.About This Role:

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and the healthcare domain, enabling them to align technological solutions with business goals and enhance patient care through effective data utilization and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural design of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions customized to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Supervise the development team and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in coding and integration.
  • Design and manage integrations with other healthcare systems, such as EHRs and third-party applications, to offer seamless data flow.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility, aligning with compliance requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams, promoting innovative use of Salesforce Health Cloud technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities, and advocate for their application in achieving business objectives.
  • Establish and coordinate testing processes to assure the quality and functionality of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
  • Lead troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, technical procedures, and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal users and stakeholders to maximize the effective use of Salesforce Health Cloud.
