Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Engineer to join our Next-Gen AI R&D team.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing intuitive and engaging user experiences for cutting-edge Generative AI applications.

You will work closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.

  1. Stay current with emerging UX trends, especially in human-AI interaction, prompt design, agent UI, and conversational UX, and integrate relevant practices into team workflows.
  2. Design and implement user interfaces for GenAI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.
  3. Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  4. Collaborate with GenAI Engineers to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI models and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
  5. Apply a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.
  6. Rapidly prototype and perform quick Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to visualize and test new UI/UX ideas for AI applications.

Responsibilities: As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative user experiences for our GenAI applications.

  • Must Have:
    • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
    • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
    • Hands-on with AI-native design tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins, Cursor, Magician, Galileo) and UI generation from structured logic/code.
    • Basic understanding of Core GenAI concepts to inform UI/UX decisions.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Curious and knowledgeable about generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering for user and team experience enhancement.
    • Experience with multi-modal LLMs and designing interfaces for such capabilities.
    • Demonstrated ability for rapid prototyping and performing quick PoCs for UI/UX concepts.
    • Portfolio showcasing strong UX design and front-end development skills for complex applications.
