Product Designer Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from concept to launch, for mobile and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct user testing and UX assessments to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead visual identity and interaction patterns across screens while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility alignment.
  • Presentation and communication skills are crucial in effectively conveying design concepts and defending design decisions.
  • Shape the design culture and mindset within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or equivalent).
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, preferably for web and mobile apps.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, UX strategy, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in modern tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Excellent storytelling and listening skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing problem-solving, journey designing, and user impact.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in banking or financial services is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, or motion design.
