Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We're seeking a talented Digital Content Strategist to lead our social media voice across platforms, design and deliver high-impact content, and grow engaged communities both online and offline.

This role offers creative freedom, a strong support system, and the chance to create meaningful impact at scale. You'll shape our brand presence, drive conversations, and turn us into the go-to hub for city life and creators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Leadership: Develop, plan, and execute original, high-impact content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Community & Engagement: Build and nurture local creator, business, and community networks across cities. Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments; proactively identify opportunities for us to participate and lead.
  • Strategy & Growth: Define and execute our social media and community growth strategy aligned with business goals (audience growth, engagement, retention, partner acquisition).

For this role, we are looking for someone with 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or media company. You should have strong creative skills, proficiency with social media management tools, and a solid grasp of platform–audience–content fit across various social platforms.
