Job Title

Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead technology infrastructure strategy and implementation. The successful candidate will oversee servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

This role is responsible for defining and executing infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms, as well as leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management:
    • Manage hybrid environments (e.g., Nutanix, cloud migrations) with cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:
    • Design, implement, and test DR and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
    • Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Vendor & Budget Management:
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.
