Job Title: Content Strategist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to evaluate and enhance the efficiency of large language models.

The ideal candidate will possess native proficiency in English, deep familiarity with cultural norms, and experience in LLM evaluation or content moderation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality content through writing, rubric definition, and prompt evaluation.
  • Update rubrics with region/language-specific examples for cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Identify additional rubric needs tailored to specific languages or regional contexts.
  • Analyze translated prompts and revise translations that appear unnatural or inaccurate.
  • Create thoughtful prompts to assess LLM models' cultural awareness.
  • Evaluate prompt-response pairs using standardized templates based on rubrics and provide detailed justifications.
  • Document problematic outputs and annotate them with clear explanations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Native language proficiency and deep understanding of cultural norms.
  • Experience in LLM evaluation, content moderation, or linguistic QA preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues in language use, tone, and cultural references.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and evaluation templates.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields required.
