Senior Growth Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sustained expansion and shaping the future of our company.

With a strong background in analytics, product, and growth, you will tackle first-time, complex challenges across diverse genres. Your expertise will enable us to improve cost per install (CPI) for new shows, scale high-performing content, maximize monetization, and enhance user lifetime value.

You will lead key functions, including creative teams, production, digital marketing, and user acquisition, as well as manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. To thrive in this role, you must have a mix of high intellect and emotional intelligence, analytical rigor, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to influence C-suite decision-making.

  • Shift user acquisition testing from thumbnail optimization to AI-driven experiments
  • Scale realistic AI-generated videos for content distribution
  • Maintain and scale live-action content as a core part of our ongoing operations
