Fundraising and Community Growth Specialist

Job Summary:
Fundraising Associate RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our community through digital and offline campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Growing The Giving Table community through targeted marketing efforts.
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Coordinating donor activities and sharing information with the finance team.
- Resolving incomplete donations and monthly donation queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with donation aggregators to maximize visibility and funding opportunities.
- Supporting social media teams in obtaining donor permissions and engagement.
- Assisting with fundraising events by managing invitations, RSVP tracking, and coordinating escalations.
- A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred but not required.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in fundraising or related roles is ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a passion for building relationships and driving results. They will be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
