Amaris ACT is a centre of excellence within the field of HR solutions, specialising in implementation, application management services and migration projects.

The ideal talent will be responsible for the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integrations, reports and customisations. The candidate should have experience in HCM with a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs and other technical tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex HCM integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and incorporate them into integration strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an Integrations Consultant with a focus on HCM.
  • In-depth knowledge of architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certification in HCM is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to join within 1-3 months.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
