Senior Machine Learning Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our advanced analytics and AI team, driving innovation through data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models at scale, leveraging large datasets and modern ML frameworks.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI or Hugging Face is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable ML models for real-world applications using PySpark and MLflow.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines using Python, Pandas, NumPy, and other libraries.
  • Process structured and unstructured data with machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
  • Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Integrate and experiment with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and software developers.
  • Monitor and improve model performance for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
  • Ensure reproducibility and version control of ML experiments using MLflow.
Required Skills:
  • Strong programming expertise in Python, with hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques, including PySpark and MLflow.
  • Experience with Big Data processing using PySpark, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Proficiency with MLOps principles and deployment best practices.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers), with the ability to integrate and experiment with these models.
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles, including data processing, storage, and management.
