Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and managing buyer accounts, procuring orders, providing inputs to design teams for collections, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To develop & manage buyer accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  2. Procurement of order and following it through from inception to payment receipt.
  3. Provide valuable insights to the design team for creating compelling collections that meet market demands.
  4. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  5. Maintain a pulse on changing market trends, informing strategic decisions and driving innovation.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including production, dispatch, and quality departments.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in Merchandising & Marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
