Power Electronics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics Research and Development Engineer to design and develop high-efficiency DC-DC converters for our in-house propulsion system.

About the Role:
  • Design, simulate, and test high-voltage DC-DC converters for space applications
  • Lead schematic design, PCB layout, and prototyping
  • Implement thermal and EMI/EMC strategies for robust converter performance
  • Develop control systems for digital and analog regulation of power electronics
  • Validate and qualify systems for extreme environments and space standards
Key Requirements:
  • Masters or PhD in Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • 3–4 years of experience in high-voltage, high-efficiency converter design
  • Hands-on with Altium, Cadstar, Allegro, or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of hard/soft switching topologies
  • Experience with PCB layout, thermal management, EMI/EMC, and lab testing
