Customer Support Representative Job
Role: This role requires a customer-focused professional to engage with prospective students and support their learning experience.
Location: Remote work is available for this position, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.
Timings: You will be working Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM, with a regular break during the day.
Experience: A minimum of half a year's experience in customer service or pre-sales is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify potential customers by assessing their interest and fit for our courses.
- Engage with prospects to provide valuable information about course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless transitions of qualified leads into enrolled students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset are also essential.
