Principal Big Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data processing pipelines using cloud-based technologies. Your expertise in software development methodologies and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will play a key role in the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data processing pipelines that are efficient, scalable, and secure.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design, build, and deploy data products using big data tools.
- Work closely with the development team to implement Agile Software Development methodologies.
- Design and develop Terraform scripts to provision infrastructure as code.
- Experience working with workflow orchestration tools is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of SQL development experience.
- 5+ years of analytics/data product development experience required.
- 3+ years of cloud experience with solutions designed and implemented at production scale.
