Project Oversight Expert:
The Project Oversight Expert will lead and deliver CDMO projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely achievement of milestones, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Site Head, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory, to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to senior management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in managing projects in CDMO/Pharmaceutical companies is a must.
- Strong understanding of CDMO operations, including R&D, tech transfer, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple internal teams.
