About SIMBOTT - Simulation Technology:
We are a forward-thinking company dedicated to simulation technology, seeking a highly organized and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The key responsibilities include assisting the sales team by managing leads, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage lead generation, processing orders, and customer record maintenance.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing product or service information to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts as per customer requirements.
- Follow up on sales leads, track progress, and provide status reports to sales managers.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to generate sales opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH WITH PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES.
