Job Title: UK Visa Counsellor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a UK Visa Counsellor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the complex process of applying for a UK visa, providing accurate information and support throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Counseling:
    • Handle first-level counselling for UK study inquiries, including eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
    • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists.
    • Guide students on education loans, fee payments, and scholarship options.
    • Convert inquiries into registered students.
  • Application Process:
    • Collect and verify documents from students.
    • Submit files for document assessment via B2B partners.
    • Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays.
    • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance.
    • Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation.
  • Visa Stage:
    • Prepare students for CAS interviews (mock Q&A practice).
    • Fill and verify UK visa forms.
    • Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
    • Submit final visa application through B2B partner systems.
  • Post-Visa Support:
    • Support students in pre-departure activities, including accommodation, ticketing guidance, and orientation.
    • Maintain regular communication until student departs.
  • Reporting:
    • Maintain CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage.
    • Prepare weekly pipeline reports: inquiries → registered → offers → CAS → visa approvals.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (English and other languages).
  • Knowledge of the UK study system.
  • Organized with documentation and timelines.
  • Ability to explain financial requirements clearly.
  • Polite, patient, and student-focused.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of counseling or customer service experience preferred.
  • Freshers with strong English skills and willingness to learn the UK visa process can apply.
