Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Global Education Consultant. This role involves guiding students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad, providing expert advice on suitable universities, courses, and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to assess their goals, background, and eligibility for international education programs.
  • Advise students on the best universities, courses, and countries to suit their needs and career aspirations.
  • Support students throughout the admission process, including application filing, documentation, letters of recommendation, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa application process, preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices.
  • Manage accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Met weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain strong relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings to stay informed and improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Able to empathize with students and communicate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable about the international education landscape, particularly in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other key regions.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated with a passion for delivering results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication is essential.
