Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM US Payroll professional to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Your primary focus will be on configuring and implementing SAP HCM US Payroll solutions, with a strong emphasis on compliance and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing SAP HCM US Payroll configurations
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain payroll processes
  • Providing support and training to users on payroll systems and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum 5 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM

Minimum 3 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll

Experience in - SAP payroll configuration from Gross payroll to Net Payroll (preferably on US)

Knowledge on BSI tax factory and tax configuration, Garnishments Configuration

Off-cycle payroll definition and processing

Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI

Knowledge on PCR will be an added advantage

Knowledge on post payroll activities

Must have WT configuration, Payroll execution, Schema flow, Testing etc.

Willing to work in US Hours Shift
