Lead FP&A Role

We seek a strategic financial professional to oversee our company's budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across multiple regions. This position demands an analytical thinker with a deep understanding of business drivers and financial metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and drive operational efficiency.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.
  • Executive Presentations: Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support executive reviews.
  • Scenario Modeling: Develop financial models to assess business scenarios and investment opportunities.
  • Process Enhancement: Improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • At least 20 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
