Electronics Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Electronics Visionary to spearhead the development of cutting-edge power electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps for high-efficiency rectifier and DC-DC converter systems (10 kW to >5 MW).
  • Innovate cost-effective, scalable and high-efficiency power conversion solutions for electrolyzer stacks.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, thermal and systems engineering teams to co-optimize packaging, cooling and integration.
  • Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of power electronics engineers and technicians.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with component vendors, contract manufacturers and external design partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant grid codes, EMC/EMI standards, UL, IEC, IEEE or other regulatory frameworks.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Manufacturing and Operations teams to align technical goals with commercial requirements.
  • Develop internal and external IP strategy in power electronics and system design.
  • Guide firmware architecture, coding standards, testing and release processes to ensure high reliability and maintainability.
  • Ensure firmware co-development is tightly integrated with hardware design for optimal system-level performance.
  • Collaborate with systems and stack engineering teams to align control strategies with electrolyzer operational requirements.
