Online Reputation Management Role

This job is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategies that enhance clients' online presence.

As a key member of the team, you will monitor and manage online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms. You will also respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.

Key responsibilities include utilizing ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends. Staying updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management is essential.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship is necessary.

Technical and soft skills required are basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, high attention to detail with a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
