Automation plays a pivotal role in streamlining business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. In this context, we are seeking a Digital Automation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation technologies and their application in modern businesses. A strong background in payment systems and experience with payment hubs, such as Fiserv EPP and GTX, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in integrating tools like JIRA and Confluence is required.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in payments Business and/or Technical Analyst roles in the Capital Markets and financial industry, with specific expertise in Swift and Fiserv payment platforms, is necessary for this position.

Responsibilities include drafting comprehensive test cases and scripts, managing testing and non-production environments, running QA and UATs with cross-functional teams, and resolving test failures efficiently.
