Automation Training Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished automation training specialist with extensive experience in delivering hands-on and theoretical training on automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance.

  • Detailed Knowledge: Automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance (FDA, cGMP, GAMP5) along with PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems with expertise in Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms.
  • Skill Set: Providing instruction on pharma validation processes including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines.
  • Mastery of Requirements: Understanding 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Taught Skills: System integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems along with developing training material, case studies, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Mentorship: Guiding participants on industry best practices and preparing them for real-world challenges as a dedicated automation trainer.

  • Expertise in automation systems and validation practices.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, cGMP, GAMP5).
  • Excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
  • Able to develop engaging training material and assessments.
  • Proficient in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems.
