Job Title:
Client Servicing ManagerAre you a skilled and creative professional looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your expertise in client servicing?
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in content/client servicing in relevant organizations, including design studios, production houses, and advertising agencies.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign ideas, scripts, social media content, and other brand communication.
- Maintain smooth and professional communication with clients, present ideas, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- Think creatively while keeping an eye on operational details.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of agency/client servicing experience, preferably with content-driven brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and keep an eye on operational details.
