Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop automated workflows, create interactive dashboards, and identify strategic opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient data workflows using industry-standard tools.
  • Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Cleanse, transform, and integrate data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, APIs).
  • Develop and automate recurring reports and dashboards using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Maintain high-quality data and perform root cause analysis of data issues.
  • Document processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics software; certifications are a plus.
  • Strong experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
