We are seeking skilled professionals with expertise in corporate and transactional law to lead our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and regulatory requirements.
  • 8-14 years of experience in corporate law, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
  • Strong advisory background in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and sector-specific regulations.
  • Expertise in Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SEBI & AIF regulations, RBI guidelines, and Competition Act.

You will be responsible for leading negotiations, managing transactions end-to-end, and providing strategic business-oriented legal advice. Delivering high-quality work under tight timelines is crucial, requiring strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
