Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with assigned leads and initiate contact through the dialer system to assess their eligibility for programs.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and qualifications for upGrad's programs.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Schedule video sessions with admissions teams for qualified leads.
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth communication between leads and admissions teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in education, preferably with prior success in study abroad programs.
  • Graduation is required; previous experience working on a 6-day schedule is beneficial.
  • Must have a proven track record of meeting targets and working effectively as an individual contributor.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with emphasis on fluency in English.
  • Ability to listen effectively, build trust, and approach situations with patience and empathy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management for administrative tasks.
